This video shows the technique used to treat neck skin laxity with Venus Legacy.
STEP BY STEP PROTOCOL
01
GLYCERIN GEL APPLICATION ON THE NECK
After discussing your personalized treatment plan, taking pictures and deciding on the right areas to treat, your professional will apply a thin layer of gel to ensure your skin's protection and amplify radiofrequency's heat conduction effect.
02
BEGINNING OF THE RADIOFREQUENCY TREATMENT
Using multipolar radiofrequency will stimulate collagen production and improve the tone of you skin. The handpiece used for neck treatments will gently glide over your skin to distribute its heat on the epidermis. The device tip will stay in motion throughout the entire session. Although this treatment uses heat, it is considered to be relatively comfortable.
03
TARGET TEMPERATURE ATTAINMENT
For the treatment of the neck, a temperature varying between 39°C and 41°C should be reached quickly, then maintained, to maximize the results. The professional will use the smallest handpiece and treat each side of the neck for 10 to 15 minutes.
04
CLEANING OF THE TREATMENT AREA AND SOOTHING MOISTURIZER APPLICATION
The session will end with a gentle cleaning of the treated area to remove the gel. The professional will apply a soothing moisturizer that will enhance the effect of the radiofrequency. He will explain the post-treatment instructions and will give you a written copy.
