HOW DOES IT WORK ?

Skinboosters are hyaluronic acid-based dermal fillers that are injected directly into the skin. They act on the hydration and the overall quality of the skin. They stimulate the production of collagen and elastin in order to firm and rejuvenate the skin of the neck, which also helps to reduce superficial fine lines and wrinkles.

PRODUCT INFORMATION SESSION

After reviewing your medical questionnaire, your treating professional will give you all the information you need on Skinboosters and then proceed with your assessment and the creation of your personalized plan for the treatment of your neck skin laxity.

MEDICAL ASSESSMENT WITH PHOTO TAKING

You will undergo a comprehensive medical assessment starting with pictures taken from different angles, visual analysis, palpation and delineation of your anatomy. Your skin should be thoroughly cleansed to facilitate this assessment.

TREATMENT PLAN AND TREATMENT

Your treating professional will create a personalized treatment plan with the number of sessions needed to achieve the best results. The marks drawn beforehand will be used as anatomical landmarks to proceed with the treatment. An anesthetic cream can be applied to the areas to be treated. Your treatment will begin with complete disinfection using compresses and an alcohol solution. The injections will be made according to your needs, with a needle or with a cannula.

MASSAGE AND POST-TREATMENT INSTRUCTIONS

Your treatment will end with a light massage to even out the product. Before leaving, your professional will explain the post-treatment instructions and give you a written copy. In order to maintain your results, we will advise you on an ideal frequency to maintain your treatment. We recommend that you make your appointment in advance to be able to book the time slot that suits you best.

WILL I STILL LOOK LIKE MYSELF AFTER THE TREATMENT ?

We don't want to change your natural physiognomy. Rather, we'll help you maintain and enhance your natural features while preventing and reducing the signs of aging.
You should expect to have some normal inflammatory reactions. You will have redness, swelling, a feeling of heat, and slight tenderness. Do not worry; these reactions will not be permanent. They should last between 24 and 48 hours, and up to 2 weeks in some cases for complete recovery. You will have to follow the post-treatment instructions that your professional will explain to you. You will have a written copy to take home.
When your injections are done in the right place, with the right products, by our professionals, there is no risk that the appearance of your skin will deteriorate when the treatment is stopped. On the contrary, your treatments will delay natural aging which will only resume its normal course once the effects of your treatments have worn off.
Absolutely. We always have hyaluronidase on hand. The latter is an injectable enzyme which will partially or totally degrade the product. However, note that Skinboosters will not give volume to your skin but will hydrate it and restore tone. It is therefore rather unlikely that you will not like the effect.
