PURPOSE

The objective of the Radiesse treatment is to give volume and stimulate collagen production in the treated areas, which will restructure these areas.

src=

HOW IT WORKS

Radiesse is composed of microspheres of calcium hydroxyapatite suspended in a gel. When injected, it gives immediate volume but continues to work in the following weeks by stimulating collagen's natural production in the treated areas. Over time, Radiesse is absorbed by the body but the patient's natural collagen will stay in the skin.

TIME IT TAKES

The duration of a treatment involving Radiesse injections varies between 60 and 90 minutes, depending on the treated area's size.

src=

FAQ

Everything you need to know about this treatment

SHOULD I COMBINE MY TREATMENT WITH OTHER TECHNOLOGIES OR PRODUCTS FOR BEST RESULTS ?

It goes without saying that the combination of non-invasive medical-aesthetic technologies and the right products can improve your results as well as their longevity. You will have a better response by stimulating your collagen in different ways.
Absolutely. Even though the normal process of aging reduces the number of collagen fibers, you will still have a certain amount that can be stimulated. It is therefore never too late to start cosmetic treatments that will stimulate your collagen. However, the earlier you start, the faster and the better the results will be.
When your injections are made in the right place, with the right products, by our professionals, there is no risk that the appearance of your skin will deteriorate when the treatment is stopped. On the contrary, your treatments will delay natural aging, which will only resume its normal course once the effects have worn off.
In general, you should do a maintenance treatment every 10 to 12 months. Several factors can interfere with the sustainability of your results. Your treating professional can discuss them further with you during your consultation.
