PURPOSE

The objective of dermal fillers is to give volume to the lips and define them.

src=

HOW IT WORKS

Dermal fillers used to treat the lips are made of hyaluronic acid, a sugar naturally found in the skin. These products are injected in a gel form to give more volume and definition to the lips.

src=

RESULTS

We aim to achieve more defined and fuller lips while maintaining a natural effect. The before and after results are immediate.

src=

TECHNIQUE

Dermal fillers are injected using a syringe fitted with a needle or a cannula, depending on the area to be injected and the desired effect. This is a non-surgical technique.

ANESTHESIA

The use of anesthetic cream is recommended 30 minutes before lip injections to reduce discomfort.

src=

TIME IT TAKES

The duration of a dermal filler treatment for the lips is approximately 30 minutes.

src=

TIME IT LASTS

The effect of non-permanent dermal fillers on the lips lasts between 9 and 12 months. It is recommended to do 1 to 2 treatments per year to maintain the results. Prices vary depending on the desired result and the patient's anatomy.

RECOVERY

Most of the time, recovery from dermal filler injections occurs within 24 to 48 hours of the procedure. This recovery time can extend to up to 2 weeks if there is bruising.

FAQ

Everything you need to know about this treatment

WILL I STILL LOOK LIKE MYSELF AFTER THE TREATMENT ?

We don't want to completely change your features. Rather, we'll help you highlight your natural features while preventing and reducing the signs of aging.
You should expect to have some normal inflammatory reactions. You will have redness, swelling, a feeling of heat, and slight tenderness. Do not worry; these reactions will not be permanent. They should last between 24 and 48 hours, and up to 2 weeks for complete recovery in some cases. You will have to follow the post-treatment instructions that your professional will explain to you. You will have a written copy to take home.
No. The most important thing for us is to offer you natural results that are in harmony with the rest of your face. However, it should be noted that your lips will be swollen for at least 48 hours after your treatment. The final result can be seen once all the swelling has subsided, after 2 to 4 weeks.
Absolutely. We always have hyaluronidase on hand. Hyaluronidase is an injectable enzyme which will partially or totally degrade your dermal fillers. That being said, it is rarely used since we do everything to make sure that you have very natural and satisfying results.
