HOW DOES IT WORK ?

HOW IT WORKS

PRP is a technique that involves taking a blood sample and then injecting the platelet-concentrated plasma into the surface of the scalp.

src=

RESULTS

We aim for fuller, healthier hair. It is recommended to perform 4 treatments at a 2-weeks interval for optimal before and after results.

src=

TECHNIQUE

The PRP treatment is done using a syringe with a very small needle. This is a non-surgical technique.

ANESTHESIA

The use of anesthetic cream is not necessary before a PRP treatment. Discomfort is minimal.

TIME IT TAKES

The duration of a PRP treatment for the scalp varies between 30 and 60 minutes, depending on the area to be treated.

src=

TIME IT LASTS

The effect of a PRP treatment lasts about 12 months. It is recommended to do 1 to 2 treatments per year to maintain the results. The price of a PRP treatment varies according to the number of sessions required.

RECOVERY

Most of the time, recovery from a PRP treatment occurs within 24 hours of the procedure. This is the time it takes for the minimal swelling and redness to subside.

FAQ

Everything you need to know about this treatment

COULD THE TREATMENT MAKE MY CONDITION WORSE ?

PRP can only help your hair loss condition.
No results can be guaranteed in medicine. However, we expect your hair loss to slow down and your hair to become stronger and fuller. Some patients notice a difference in their hair after the first treatment while others have to wait until the full course of treatments is done to see results.
You must first consider that each person reacts differently. If you follow the treatment protocol as directed by your professional, you should see results approximately 30 to 90 days after the first treatment. The results will multiply with the number of sessions you do.
You should expect to have some normal inflammatory reactions. You will have redness, slight edema, and there might even be a few dried blood droplets on the treated area. Do not worry; these reactions will not be permanent. They should only last between 8 and 12 hours. You will need to follow the post-treatment instructions that your professional will explain to you.
