After reviewing your medical questionnaire, your treating professional will give you all the information you need on neuromodulators.

MEDICAL ASSESSMENT WITH PHOTO TAKING
A complete medical evaluation will be done, starting with the application of liquid iodine on your armpits. Then, cornstarch will be sprinkled over the iodine. This technique will allow visualization of the extent of your sweat glands. The evaluation will be followed by the taking of photos so that the professional does not have to repeat this procedure at each maintenance treatment. At this point, you will be able to know the number of neuromodulator units needed to treat your hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating).

TREATMENT PLAN AND TREATMENT
Your professional will create a personalized treatment plan which will be given to you at the end of the appointment. Your treatment will be carried out using syringes fitted with very small gauge needles. You should only feel a tolerable little pinch.

POST-TREATMENT INSTRUCTIONS AND MAINTENANCE APPOINTMENT
Before leaving, your treating professional will explain the post-treatment instructions and give you a written copy to take home. In order to maintain your results, we will advise you on an ideal frequency for maintenance treatments.
