HOW DOES IT WORK ?

During a Tight Sculpting treatment, laser energy is scanned over the chosen area to warm the skin to the desired temperature. The heat stimulates the regeneration of new collagen, which tightens the skin in areas such as neck, arms, abdomen, thighs, buttocks, etc.

DOES IT HURT ?

The procedure is non-invasive and well-tolerated by most patients. Local anesthesia is not required. Patients can return to their normal activities immediately after the treatment.
The duration of the Tight Sculpting procedure is about 15-30 minutes, depending on the treatment area. The total number of procedures required to achieve a stable effect is individual. Most patients note that the effect of the procedure becomes visible after 4 treatments. In some cases, up to 6 sessions may be required to achieve a desirable effect. Tight Sculpting procedures should be performed 4 weeks apart.
The effect of Tight Sculpting procedure lasts up to 10-12 months depending on the treatment area and individual factors like patient’s age and compliance with post-treatment recommendations.
There is usually no recovery period, although in some cases redness of the skin and slight swelling of the treatment area may persist for a few hours after the procedure.
To maintain the effect of the Tight Sculpting procedure, it is recommended to do a session once or twice a year. The combination of the Tight Sculpting procedure with a balanced lifestyle including a healthy diet and a sufficient level of physical activity will achieve a long-lasting effect.
Tight Sculpting is a safe procedure approved by Health Canada and the FDA. Side effects are rare. Most often, these consists of minor local redness, itching, and tenderness in the treated area. Side effects require no special treatment and resolve spontaneously in 3-5 days.
Despite being a safe procedure, Tight Sculpting is contraindicated for patients who are pregnant.
